Since I took Kodak’s advice, and contacted them about the lousy quality of their all-in-one, which cannot print straight, and cannot make a decent scan of a photograph, I am stuck with using their lousy product and buying their lousy cartridges.
I rated this product “I hate it” because “I hate” looking at that lousy black and yellow lump over there. It does none of the things I need to do besides make lousy crooked printouts of articles for me to read on the train.
“I hate” this product and “I hate” Kodak and “I” even “hate” yellow since I will now have to use this lousy piece of junk until it earns its value, which will be about a year from the day I stupidly purchased it.
Do NOT contact Kodak if you happen to receive one of their products. Learn from my mistake with Kodak and RETURN your Kodak product TO THE STORE immediately.

You can find this ink cartridge for 1/2 this price, it’s only $17.00 at Staples. Don’t get ripped off here for it.

Why would anyone pay $27.98 for this combo pack? If an individual Kodak #10 black ink cartridge sells for $9.99, and an individual Kodak #10 color sells for $14.70, doesn’t that add up to $24.69? I come up with a difference of $3.29. You’d spend $3.29 MORE buying the combo pack. One would think that a “combo pack” would be the less expensive option, or at the very least cost the same as the the two items purchased individually. Well, not in Kodakland! What gives, Kodak? Or rather, what takes?

Colors are very vibrant and display true color. I had to print pictures for a new passport, and rather than driving all over the place, I took my self portrait, put the memory card in the card slot of the printer and printed off the “head shot”. Certainly a whole lot cheaper than paying for the passport photos.

The combo ink cartridges normally saves money over buying single cartridges which are less expensive than other brands…only for Kodak brand printers. The ink lasts quite a bit longer than any other printer that I have owned, spending less for the ink than with any other printers I have ever owned (Lexmark, HP, Epson, etc.)
I have had very few problems with Kodak products but have ALWAYS been taken care of…customer service (Jonathan Bunch) makes me glad to be a Kodak customer.
